Our Botanicals
If you are looking for a gin that celebrates the amazing flavours of Australian bushtucker, you have come to the right place. Our gins are crafted with native plants that have been used by the First Nations peoples for millennia, and that showcase the diversity and uniqueness of our land and culture. We source our ingredients locally and ethically, and we are always looking for new and exciting botanicals to experiment with. Here are some of the stars of our gins:

-
Lemon myrtle: This is not your ordinary lemon. This leaf has a burst of citrus flavour and aroma, with notes of lemongrass and lime. It adds a zesty twist to our gins and makes them sing with freshness. Try our Royal Ibis Gin, which features lemon myrtle as one of the hero ingredients, and enjoy a royal treat.

-
Peppermint gum: This is a type of eucalyptus that has a minty and slightly spicy taste. It gives our gins a cooling sensation, perfect for a hot summer day. It also adds a subtle sweetness and a hint of Australian bush. You will love our Majestic Parrot Gin, which is infused with peppermint gum and rosella, and is as refreshing as it is colourful.

-
Tasmanian pepper: This is a berry that grows on a large evergreen shrub or small tree in cool and temperate climates, especially in Tasmania and southeast mainland Australia. It has a complex flavour that ranges from sweet and fruity to hot and peppery. It adds a touch of spice and warmth to our gins, enhancing their depth and character. Don’t miss our Gallant Budgie Gin, which features Tasmanian pepper and adds a spicy twist to the otherwise traditional dry style gin.

Rosella: This is a flower that originated from Africa but has become a staple of Australian bushtucker. It has a tart and tangy flavour and a vibrant pink colour. It is the star ingredient of our Majestic Parrot Gin, which is named after the colourful and charismatic bird that lives in our region. This gin is a delight for the eyes and the palate, and is sure to impress your guests.
